Founded in 1997, Blue Associates Sportswear Ltd designs and produces high-performance sportswear for blue chip sports brands around the world. We are expanding rapidly and now have recently invested in a state-of-the-art Sportswear Production Facility based near Towcester. This facility will produce highly innovative sports apparel for leading sports brands and is based in a brand-new plant with new technology and machinery. Technology includes laser, sublimation, ultrasonic, heat seal, heat press and bonding alongside traditional stitch methods such as flat bed, overlock and flatlock. We are looking for an experienced Apparel Factory Manager to assist in the day to day running of our sportswear factory. This role would ideally suit someone who is extremely organised, motivated and must have experience running an apparel factory in the past.
The role responsibilities would include but are not limited to-:
Bulk and Sample planning.
Production Management.
Fabric and component order placement.
Time management and costings.
QC.
Team recruitment and training.
What you have:
2-3 Years minimum in Apparel Factory Management.
Extremely well organised and self-motivated.
Ability to work alone and within the team.
Proactive with regard to researching new technologies and suppliers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
